As a fifth-generation Nashville native with a deep love for this city and its vibrant real estate market, I’ve had the privilege of watching Nashville transform and grow, neighborhood by neighborhood. I know the history behind each neighborhood and understand the hidden gems that make each part of Nashville special. From Germantown to 12 South, these aren’t just markets—they’re communities I’ve been part of my entire life. After attending the University of Tennessee, I knew I wanted to contribute to Nashville’s growth in a meaningful way. In 2017, I followed my passion for people and real estate by starting my own company, which quickly grew as I tapped into the lucrative niche of short-term rentals here. Over the years, I’ve built a reliable team of professionals I can call on for any need, ensuring every property is well cared for. Industry acquaintances soon began reaching out, asking me to manage their own short-term rental companies, leading to the creation of Acorn Property Management.
